Trailer and Robot Coding Workshop @ Hive Tasmania

  • Hive Tasmania 50 Main Street Ulverstone, TAS, 7315 Australia (map)

Put your creativity, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to the test in this exciting hands-on engineering and coding challenge! Working in teams, participants will design and build the best LEGO trailer and robot truck capable of delivering materials to a simulated worksite.

Using limited resources, teams will need to think like real engineers—planning, designing, testing, and improving their trailer to successfully transport their cargo. Once the building is complete, participants will program a robot “truck” using coding to navigate the course and make the delivery.

Key Outcomes Include:

  • Learning about programming and robotics

  • Engineering design under constraints

  • Teamwork and collaboration

  • Problem-solving and creativity

Workshop ticket includes access to Hive exhibition spaces.
