Bright Futures Community Drop-in - Ulverstone

The North West Transmission Developments (NWTD) project is upgrading the electricity network across the north and north west, and as part of that, TasNetworks is investing $10 million into local communities through the Bright Futures Fund (BFF).

Got a bright idea for your community? Come along to this community drop-in session to chat with the team, explore your ideas and learn how to apply.

When: Wednesday 1st July, 10am - 12pm

Whether your idea is small or large, we want to hear from you. Early ideas are welcome – let’s explore them together.

Applications for the first round of funding are now open and close on 2 August 2026.

Applications are open to community‑led projects, big or small, offering four funding tiers ranging from a few thousand to several hundred thousand dollars.
