Join us for two vibrant days of creativity, connection, and community at Knit in Public Day 2026, hosted by Hug in a Rug craft group.

Whether you knit, crochet, spin, or simply enjoy being part of something creative, this is a welcoming space for everyone.

* Hug in a Rug blanket display

* Highly Strung Crochet mobile yarn shop

* Coffee cart on site

* A welcoming space to sit, chat, and create

Be part of something special.

Throughout the event, you’re invited to help design a community blanket by choosing a finished square and placing it into the blanket grid.

Together, we’ll create a unique piece that reflects the creativity and generosity of our community.

Entry to the event is free.

When booking, you’ll have the option to:

Pre-purchase a coffee ticket — $5

Every coffee purchased helps us buy more yarn so we can keep creating blankets for those in need.
