Run by local volunteers, we connect with Mr Perfect, The Man Walk, R U OK? and Men Care Too to offer weekly catch-ups – from walks and coffee meetups to BBQs which are all aimed at combating isolation and building meaningful connections.

Men's mental health matters, and we aim to provide a safe, supportive space where men can talk, share experiences, and lift each other up. Meaningful conversations to help break the silence, reduce stigma, celebrate good times and to make sure no man feels that he needs to face life's challenges alone.
