Winter long table lunch - cooking with fire. Sunday 17th of August.

As part of light up the Central Coast Region, we are hosting a long table community experience. There will be a host of activities happening that weekend in central coast including a laser show in Penguin on the Saturday night the 16th.

The event we are hosting is a chance to gather around a shared table for a rustic feast where fire and flavour will take centre stage. Th long table lunch is slow-cooked over coals on a traditional Argentine asado grill — with meats, seasonal vegetables, and smoky aromas setting the tone for a hearty, communal experience.

A highlight of the day will be a whole lamb, slow-roasted in true Argentinian style over the open flame, served alongside seasonal dishes crafted with care.

The feast unfolds in the warmth of our barn, with the fire roaring and mulled wine flowing. Expect three generous courses, served family-style — a celebration of food, connection, and the primal joy of cooking over flame.
