We are delighted to launch ‘Parallel Practice’, an exhibition that brings together 18 Tasmanian artists in 9 creative pairings, who have generously opened their studios and shared unique personal insights of each other’s art practice.

Ulverstone Museum (Level 1) • A new story in Welcome to the Central Coast on Cordial Factories and their rivalries on the North West Coast.
Display Case (Ground Floor) • Abstractions by Karen Marie Keefe and Tim Cooper – a lens-based collaboration that examines the natural distortions within the northwest Trouwerner/Lutruwita/Tasmanian landscape.
• Making Do, Repurposing, and Upcycling – Museum Volunteer Helen Emmett presents an exploration of objects from the History Collection that are repurposed or upcycled from one thing to another.
Science Centre (Level 2) • A new and improved Derby track to race your handmade upcycled cars on with your friends and family.
