The Dark Roast Gathering – Buttons Brew Pub.

You’re invited to our inaugural pig roast at Buttons Brewing. Come down to the wharf for a fully packed weekend featuring live music, dark beer, and much more! Warm winter attire is recommended.

Friday: Live Music & Dark Beer Release. Bar & kitchen open 12pm-8pm (regular menu) free entry, Tasmaniana Dark Beers on tap including Smoked Pepperberry Dark Ale (new release!) and hot apple cider available. Live music from Don’t Come Monday 7:30-9:30pm.

Saturday: Spit Roast. Bar & Kitchen open for regular dining 12-4pm (limited food between 4-5pm) free entry, Hot Apple Cider available. Whole Spit Roast Pig, fed with spent beer grain. Cooking will begin in the morning and will be ready by approximately 5pm. Wharf Road, Ulverstone.
